    Coordinates marketing and business development activities for the team, supporting sales presentation development, customer roadshows, networking events, trades shows, and overall marketing plan. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America creates high-quality in-car systems for major OEMs around the world.     • Builds and maintains relationships with internal customers to address and resolve daily issues.
    • Assists departmental management team regarding scheduling and preparing for marketing and business development activities.
    • Works with team and 3rd party vendors to create and maintain marketing strategy and collateral.
    • Develops and supports marketing activities including but not limited to websites, social media, product demonstrations, tradeshows, etc.
    • Maintains department meeting reports.
    • Some travel required to support trade shows and other off-site activities
    • Support and make recommendations to improve Company policies and procedures.
    • Further the goals and positive professional image of the department by analyzing current processes, procedures and systems, and recommending areas for improvement
    • Performs research in support of the general business activity.



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Marketing, Accounting, General Business), plus a minimum of two years of departmental or executive administrative experience, (or equivalent in experience and other education).
    • Good written, verbal, and cross-cultural communication skills.
    • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office programs.
    • Japanese Language Skills considered a plus but not required.
