Under Account Manager’s supervision, act as a liaison between customers, plants and affiliate personnel in handling daily commercial issues, and coordinates and manages application engineering projects. Functions as contact person for customer engineers. Performs and/or reviews product planning, testing and analysis activities. Evaluates issues and provides resolution and handles more complex situations. Prepares and delivers complex technical reports and presentations. Develops, understands, and reports customer warranty data. Identifies future business opportunities and potential risks. Investigates competitor products.
